Membership in the Association of Proprietary Colleges is open to degree-granting colleges located in New York State. APC effectively represents association members on legal, legislative and policy matters at the state and federal levels, urging decision makers to recognize the value that our members bring to New York’s economy and educational landscape. When necessary, APC enlists the support of students, faculty, administrators and the business community to encourage our elected and appointed leaders to act in the best interest of higher education and the students striving for a college education.
